Hate crime can have devastating consequences for the victim, their family, witnesses and the community as a whole. However, public awareness and perception of hate crime remains low with incidents being significantly under-reported. This course will raise your awareness of hate crime and give you the knowledge and skills to address incidents of hate crime.

Hate Crime Awareness Training sessions are being scheduled between August 2019 and March 2020 - Details of all sessions will be announced very soon.

*Please note that the current series of training sessions that are being planned are only available to charity workers and community volunteers that work within Warwickshire

If any individual or group of staff from a particular organisation outside of Warwickshire wish to access the training, please contact EQuIP so they can support you to identify an alternative opportunity for you to enrol on a course.

For more information regarding EQuIP training, please contact or call 01788 863117 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm).
