Read more...This will be an interesting and fun family day out! You can meet new people from across the County and listen to some inspirational people who have some amazing and humbling stories to tell. We want everyone to come together to show that we embrace our differences.
Hate crime is a widely unreported problem as victims don’t always think a crime has been committed. This event will aim to provide a greater understanding about what constitutes hate crime and how it can be reported within Warwickshire. The conference objectives are:-
We really want to encourage as many people as possible to attend the day. This event is FREE for anyone who lives and/or works in Warwickshire. Families are welcome. We will have activities and supervised workshops for children so that the grown ups can enjoy listening to our speakers whilst their kids are entertained. We have also set-up joint activities for families to take part in together.

The event will be a mix of speakers, presentations and more interactive workshop sessions.

As well as listening to some truly inspirational people at the Conference, there will also be the opportunity for attendees to take part in some interactive workshops.
There will also be stalls and displays from organisations who offer support and help to people who have experienced prejudice.

No. A buffet lunch will be provided. We will ensure that within the menu on offer all dietary and cultural needs are met. However, to avoid any problems, if you have any special needs or specific dietary requirements please let us know in advance when you book your place.

The conference is being held at Life Church, 17 Bulkington Rd, Bedworth CV12 9DG
The venue is within walking distance of Bedworth Rail Station. There is plenty of car parking which is free.
The event will start at 10am and finish at 3:30pm. Registration for delegates will start from 9:45am and there will be refreshments available for those arriving early.
